We require a payment of 100% to secure a booking. Once we have received a proof of payment, confirmation will be sent to the customer and the booking will be secured.

Any and all cancellations must be made aware of to us clearly via email. No refund will be given if notice of cancellation has not been received and/or responded to by our staff.

Anyone entering these premises including the grounds do so at their own risk. Everyone else connected therewith, including the owners and proprietors, shall have no liability whatsoever for any injury to or death of any person, or loss, theft of or damage to any property, howsoever caused even arising from negligence of any degree. Guests have access to personal safes in the rooms and can set personal codes to these safes.
Any and all food allergies, medical conditions or medical concerns need to be made clear to us before arrival to the centre. All preparations to accommodate special needs or dietary requirements needs to be communicated clearly via email in advance prior to arrival. Malandela’s Centre, its owners, proprietors, management and staff will not be held responsible for any allergic reaction, death or discomfort however caused.
